Priced per jurisdiction. Confirmed in your proposal.
Two editions plus an optional AI add-on. Degressive list rates below are indicative — your proposal fixes pricing for your term.

List rates per jurisdiction per year, exclusive of VAT · Minimum annual subscription £5,000 · Multi-year discounts for 2–3 year commitments
Requires Microsoft Power Platform / Dataverse licences (customer-supplied, not included) — typically a small line item next to the subscription; see the FAQ below for an indicative figure.
Calculation governance in every edition. Filing governance in Complete. The audit trail is never an add-on.

Frequently asked questions
What's in each edition?
Cert GloBE is the full calculation platform: Safe Harbour, Side-by-Side, the complete Articles 3–7 waterfall with IIR and UTPR, the entity model, dashboard, scenarios, data import, audit trail, and the approval workflow. Cert Complete adds the filing layer: the GloBE Information Return, CbCR, sealed filing with amendments, the Evidence Pack, and the filing obligations tracker. Cert IQ is the optional AI add-on for either edition.
Can we buy Cert without any AI?
Yes — and that's by design. Cert IQ is a separately priced add-on, never bundled in. Without it, Cert is fully functional and no AI features appear anywhere. With it, AI can still be disabled tenant-wide at any time.
How does Cert IQ handle our data?
Cert IQ sends only the context needed for the specific request — for example, the account descriptions being mapped — to Anthropic's Claude model via a production Azure gateway. It never computes your figures (the calculation engine is deterministic), nothing is retained outside your tenant, and every AI suggestion requires your approval before it takes effect. Full details are on the Cert IQ page.
Why is public pricing indicative?
The list rates shown are real anchors, not bait. Final pricing is fixed in your proposal once jurisdiction count, edition, Cert IQ, and term are confirmed — and it stays fixed for the duration of your term.
Is there a minimum subscription?
Yes — the minimum annual subscription is £5,000, exclusive of VAT. For small jurisdiction counts this means the effective per-jurisdiction rate is higher than the list tier; the estimator shows you exactly when the minimum applies.
Does this require a separate server or infrastructure?
No. Cert is a managed Power Platform solution (.zip deploy). It runs inside your existing Microsoft 365 / Power Platform environment. No IT project, no new servers.
Do I need my own Microsoft Power Platform licence?
Yes. Cert runs inside your Dataverse / Power Apps environment, so your organisation needs the appropriate Microsoft licences — these are not included in the Cert subscription. As a guide: a typical tax team runs Cert on Power Apps Premium at Microsoft's list rate of roughly £17 per user per month, plus Dataverse capacity your tenant may already have. For a 5-person tax team that's in the region of £1,000–£1,500 a year — check current pricing with Microsoft or ask us for a licence estimate alongside your proposal. Microsoft 365 E5 alone does not include the required Power Apps licence, but if you already run Power Platform workloads you may be covered.
Can we upgrade editions or add Cert IQ mid-term?
Yes. Upgrading from Cert GloBE to Cert Complete, or adding Cert IQ, is pro-rated to the remaining licence period. Need a different mix entirely? Say so — proposals can be tailored.
What does the free trial include?
Full Cert Complete for 30 days. Cert IQ is enabled only if you ask for it on the trial request form — the choice is yours from day one. At the end of the trial, calculations are disabled but your data remains in your Dataverse environment.
Is it OECD-compliant?
Every calculation cites the OECD reference it implements. The Safe Harbour tests implement the Transitional CbCR Safe Harbour (Safe Harbours & Penalty Relief, Dec 2022, enabled by Art. 8.2.1 of the Model Rules, as amended by the Jan 2026 Side-by-Side Package); the full waterfall covers Articles 3–7 with the Chapter 9 transition rules. The GIR is generated on the official OECD XML schema (urn:oecd:ties:globe:v2), and OECD rates and thresholds ship as signed, versioned regulatory releases.
Is the GIR output filing-ready?
Cert generates the complete return on the official OECD schema today, validated before export. Output is marked draft until your authorised signatory completes filing sign-off in the approval workflow; you then submit the sealed XML through your jurisdiction's channel — for the UK, HMRC's live GIR service. Direct in-app submission is in development.
What doesn't Cert cover yet?
Three things, stated plainly: Investment and Insurance Entity rules (Art. 7.4–7.6) are not yet implemented. QDMTT paid is captured as an input and credited in the waterfall — Cert does not compute local QDMTT (or local variants such as the UK DTT). Direct in-app submission to HMRC is in development — you file the sealed XML through HMRC's live GIR service yourself.
Can we import data from our existing systems?
Yes. Cert imports from any source — SAP, Oracle, HFM, HTP, OneStream, the OECD GloBE CSV template, or a custom format. You define the account mapping once and it's repeatable; with Cert IQ, the first mapping pass is proposed for you.
What happens at licence expiry?
Your data stays in your Dataverse environment. You retain read access to all historical calculations and results. Calculations are disabled until the licence is renewed.
Is there a volume discount?
Yes — it's built into the tiered pricing. The per-jurisdiction rate decreases as your jurisdiction count increases, from £1,000 down to £350 on the base edition (£1,450 down to £510 on Cert Complete).
Can we add or remove jurisdictions?
Yes. Adding jurisdictions mid-term is pro-rated to the remaining licence period. You can remove jurisdictions at renewal. Contact [email protected] to adjust your licence at any time.
Do you offer multi-year licences?
Yes. We offer discounted rates for 2- and 3-year commitments. Contact [email protected] for a multi-year quote.
Will prices increase?
Prices are fixed for the duration of your licence term. At renewal, prices may be adjusted, but we will always give you advance notice. Early adopters lock in founding-customer rates.
Can you invoice in currencies other than GBP?
Yes. Prices are listed in GBP, but we can invoice in EUR, USD, or other currencies on request.
Are prices inclusive of VAT?
No. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK customers will be charged VAT at the prevailing rate. Customers outside the UK are generally not charged UK VAT.
